Welcome Back. I have seen a lot of old faces out on the course and some new ones.  The weather this spring has been in a word CRAZY. We have had 87 degree days and frost the next morning. We’ve gone from lots of rain to no rain back to getting 3 inches in two days. With all that I have to say the course is hanging in there and is starting to wake up.

We have spiked the greens twice this spring and have on the calendar to do it at least one more time. After the last rain, we were able to verti-cut the greens. You can see little cut lines running across the greens. This helps remove thatch and smooth out the greens. They are rolling very nice right now. The crew has been working hard on the clean up from the storm still and they have done a great job with keeping up with the cutting.

Hope all of you have seen the new menu ordering board at 9 tee. This will give you the chance to order food at 9 tee and when you get to the clubhouse it will be ready. It seems to be working great. Try the grilled cheese it’s DELICIOUS!
